ROAD TRIP

Okay I know that this post is like a month late... but at about mid-MAY Rainey, Moriah, my grandma, and I made a road trip over to Idaho for Bianca's graduation. We left on a wednesday afternoon and then brought her back with us on saturday. Moriah, Rainey, and I took turns driving... On the way down we made a couple of pit stops, and had some photoshoots...

On Wednesday night it was Biancas graduation ceremony. We yelled very loud for her :) despite her objections to us drawing attention to her.

We took pictures to entertain ourselves while we were waiting for it to start.

On Friday afternoon we threw a graduation party for Bianca. Rainey, Moriah, and I were responsible for the decorations. Moriah did most of this sign, and Rainey made the picture that hung on the front door.

At the grad party Rainey and I had a great time catching up with family members that we had not seen in years. It was great to see Uncle Richard again!! I have fond memories of sitting on his lap when I was young.

Altogether we had a great time in Idaho. It was great to hang out with the family, and just relax :)
We are proud of Bianca, and are so glad that we got to be a part of her graduation.

Random Pictures of Winter 2014

Between my birthday and our trip to Arizona, many fun things happened, we just have not been keeping up on the blog. I am gonna try to be better about posting more consistently, since I am aware that people actually look at this stuff. ha ha!!

P.S. - If you regularly look at this blog and there is something in particular you would like to hear more about, leave a comment ;)

Sometime in February my family went and spent a night at the beach. It was a beautiful day the next day, sunny and not too much wind!!

Deadly waves at any time!! (well we were trying to wave...)
We have been hosting a biblestudy for girls 9-12 years old at my house. We call it K.I.C. Girls Study, it stands for Keep It Christian. We had a lightsaber war with these awesome homemade lightsabers.
Ellen, Mina, and Ceci are in the front, and Olivia is standing in the background.
During February we had an awesome snowstorm here in McMinnville. It lasted about 5 days, and we got around 14 inches of snow. We got to miss a couple days of school.

Cameron and Taylor came over on one of days and we built these snowmen together.

Imani can say my name now :)
Last weekend we had a youth rally revival at the MacStage. Every night Naman Struck shared powerful messages, and we saw many visitors come. Every night some prayed for salvation. On Saturday we hit the streets, sharing our testimony and inviting people to the last two services.

Arizona!

Last week we had the privilege of going to a children's church conference in Arizona. The Cedergreen's (our children's ministry leaders) have been telling us for a few years that we should go. It's put on by our fellowship leaders in Prescott. This year Destiny and I decided to go, we had no idea it would be so inspiring. I've never soaked up so much information in three days. We went to multiple seminars and got tons of ideas for children's church, we also got to meet lots of people. We were so happy to be refreshed and inspired!
 On the plane there!

Twentieth Birthday Celebrations

On January 13th I turned 20 years old. Heres some pictures from my birthday celebrations. The day before my birthday my wonderful Uncle Joe took my family out to eat at the Grain Station restaurant. Their ketchup is so delicious!! My birthday was on a school day so between my classes I went and hung out with Elindsey and Patton(before they left for CA). Then on friday my Uncle Joe took me and Ray snowboarding on Mt. hood. Last weekend I shared my 20th birthday party with Jessica McMillian, who also was turning 20.

Snowboarding was challenging but fun. I wasn't expecting it to hurt so bad to fall. I fell A LOT but by the end I was doing alright. Ray is pretty much a pro now and Joe already was. Thanks for the awesome present MOM!!!!

Sharing a birthday party with Jess was so fun!! I enjoyed playing guitar and singing while she was playing the piano. It was also fun taking lots of pictures together. Spending time with other friends and with my cousins Levi and Drew, was awesome :)
