Time with the Cousins

Tuesday morning, our aunt Jacqui picked us up and drove us to Vancouver. Rainey and I got to spend two days having tons of fun with our cousins!!

While we were in Vancouver we:
-checked out the new library ( FIVE FLOORS)
-spent a lot of time holding David ( He is four months old =0 )
-played 4-in-a-row at least 10 times each
-listened to Adventure's in Odyssey
-did sand glow-art projects
-ate yummy food
-shopped tell we were about to drop
-ate Dominos pizza :)
-visited their church
-ate a good snack before we left

Here are some pictures:

Spending time with my cousins is always fun! I am so glad I was able to capture some pictures of the fun we were having... four kids is definitely four times the fun :)
No doubt about it, these guns are loaded!!

Boxing Day at the Beach

For those of you that do not know, the day after Christmas is called Boxing day, and on the day after Christmas we drove up to the beach, hence the tittle. Ha ha oh I am so Clever!!

We drove up to Cannon Beach, we walked there for a long time!! Then we drove up to Seaside, ate some food, and did a little shopping.

Here a few snapshots my Mom captured on her iphone... my camera had a devastating run in with sand last time we went to the beach and has been screaming lens error at me every time i have tried to take a picture since...

A big rock...

Yes we brought Greg with us :)

It was quite cold outside...

Christmas With the Gash's

Christmas was extra-amazing this year for some reason, I am unsure why, but I am just so thankful that I was able to spend time with the family and friends that love me. This year I really thought about Jesus, and all the He and his family and friends went through during and after his life....

Christmas Eve: We spent the morning at my grandmas, eating brunch with our aunts, uncles, cousins, and Grandma, even Greg stopped by :)  The time was filled with laughter, stories, and playing with the kids.
Grandma Gash brought the ladies scarves from Isreal :)

OH YEAH!!

PRESENTS FROM NANAE :)
We got to skype with Nanae in the afternoon (for about half an hour) it was great to talk to her and her parents :)

haha :) my hairs on fire =0

Later Eddie came over and hung out with us :)

Christmas at the Grandma Brenda's: Between church services on Christmas day, Eddie and my family spent time at my Grandma Brenda's house. We ate some good food, watched home videos of when we were little, and talked, and watched Lion King.... It was kinda strange to see videos of myself when I was little, but it was nice to reminisce about those good ol' times :) We watched the videos from 2000, so I got to see my sixth birthday! It was pretty cool :)

Into the wild: Ice Skating

Yesterday we went ice skating, I am going to be honest it was pretty intense!! lol. Every time I go iceskating I get a little bit better and go a little faster. I really tried going backwards, but I just could not figure out how. Josiah and Greg had fun watching this guy in a red shirt shave the ice after going super fast.
SMILE!!

In the lobby waiting for some FOOOD

I tried to hold Rainey's hand than she flipped out and fell down

Back to P-Town

November 20, 2010 was the first time we hung out with Ray. It was a wonderful day, we went to Pizza Schmizza and Voodoo Doughnuts!  It was Nanae's first experience in P-town, and we just had a splendid time.
Rainey, Me, Ray, and Nanae at Pizza Schmizza
On November 20, 2011, we went to P-town with Ray again :) Sadly this time Nanae was not with us, but we still had a good time! My mom bought a pizza from Pizza Schmizza, and got us each a delicious ice cream cone from Ben and Jerry's.
I love the diverse architecture in P-town,
it is simply beautiful

Ray loves it when we take pictures of him :)

My beautiful sister!!
I think we need to lock her in her closet!

This is kinda creepy...

Mmmm makes my mouth water!!!

YUMM YUMMMM
I got fudge froyo in a peanut and chocolate covered sugar cone, it was so GOOOD!!! I heard that Froyo (frozen yogurt, yeah i figured that out on my own :) ) is a healthier choice than ice cream, and I am all about healthier choices as long as I don't have to sacrifice great tasting food. But it was no sacrifice in this case, it was SOOOOO yummmy!! Although it was quite cold outside, I still enjoyed eating every bite of it.
EAT THIS!!!

Yes these are huge plastic chess pieces, we didn't play chess but
we did play with the pieces. lol

Nike Power!!
It was nice hanging out with Ray, I had forgotten how much fun he is to hang out with. When I met Ray he drove me crazy every single day in class, because he would embarrass me so much. But really I am so thankful that God sent him to my life, Ray has taught me so much about what it means to be a good friend. As well as he really opened my eyes to things I had never seen before. I am so thankful for my friendship with Ray :)
